What is a RIBA Honorary Fellowship?
RIBA Honorary Fellowships celebrate the contributions people have made to architecture in its broadest sense - its promotion, administration and outreach, its role in building more sustainable communities, and its role in the education of future generations.
Who can make a nomination?
Any RIBA Chartered Member, Fellow, or Student Member.
Who can you nominate?
RIBA Honorary Fellows have all made a huge contribution to society and come from a wide range of industries and backgrounds; from artists, designers, writers and filmmakers, to planners, engineers, and developers. Take a look at our complete list of Honorary Fellows for inspiration.
We believe in the strength diversity brings to the profession of architecture, and we encourage nominations of people from all backgrounds, especially those from communities who have previously been under-represented in our honours.
