We are launching new Professional Services Contracts from June onwards. To stay up to date with the new launches ensure you are registered as a user on RIBA Contracts Digital and we will update you via email when they are available to purchase.

Latest release

We have launched a new contract, RIBA Building Regulations Principal Designer Professional Services Contract 2024, which aligns with the requirements of the Building Safety Act. It is available to buy as a paper contract in the Bookshop and the digital version will be available shortly.
