Godwit House nestles in the Northumbrian landscape sensitively. The home, built for a client closely involved in the design development from the outset, is strikingly different but settled in its context. Built on a constrained site, the house makes the most of the expansive views of nearby Amble while taking on the challenge of meeting and exceeding Passivhaus standards. Godwit wears it’s environmental ambitions proudly.
