Exploring Architecture: Summer sketchbooks

Join us to explore different methods of keeping a sketchbook to appreciate the world around you. For over 55's.

Join us to explore different methods of keeping a sketchbook to appreciate the world around you. We will focus on buildings and botanicals taking inspiration from the plants on our Clore Learning terrace. Methods of making will include drawing with pencil, pen, water colour paints, and 3D pens. Weather permitting we will use sun photography to capture our plant cuttings.

This event is for anyone aged 55 or over that has an interest in discovering more about architecture, with a chance for discussion and refreshments in the Clore Learning Centre after the tour.

If for any reason you are unable to attend please contact learning@riba.org to release your ticket.

Exploring Architecture is a monthly free event at 66 Portland Place, London usually on the first of the month based in the Clore Learning Centre.
