RIBA Baby at The London Archives

Join us for a free morning of play for babies with RIBA Learning at The London Archives. For under 3's.

Drop in and play at The London Archives

Following the temporary closure of our home at 66 Portland Place, we’re taking our learning programme on the road. Join us for the first Baby event at The London Archives, where we’ll enjoy a free morning of playing with blocks, bricks, and architecture-inspired baby books.

Embolden babies through play and exploration, building towers, forts and houses, whilst fostering spatial awareness, and problem solving skills with each carefully placed brick. Build houses for our soft animal friends or dip into books that take you on tours of the world's most magnificent buildings and magical places.

Accessibility

Activities will take place in The Huntley Room, on the second floor of The London Archives. The building is fully accessible with a lift available. Baby changing facilities are available in the accessible toilet located on the first floor, where you'll also find free lockers where you can store your stuff.

Registration

Free to join, however, due to limited space, booking is essential to secure your place. If for any reason you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you release your ticket by contacting learning@riba.org, ensuring no one misses out on this great opportunity.

RIBA Learning

Our family and children learning programme provides exciting opportunities for everyone to explore, question, and celebrate architecture.

From June 2025, our London home at 66 Portland Place will close for a three year refurbishment. During that time we will continue to deliver events in collaboration with other cultural partners.
