RIBA Buckinghamshire: Architectural meet-up and House of Architecture discussion

Join the new RIBA Buckinghamshire committee for a RIBA members' event in a private room at the Tiger Garden in Marlow from 6pm, with an opportunity to chat with the project team on the future of RIBA's House of Architecture programme.

Join us for a RIBA members event in a private room at the Tiger Garden in Marlow from 6pm, that promises to be informative and enjoyable.

Spend time getting to know the new RIBA Buckinghamshire Branch Committee members in person, collaborating on what type of events you would like to take part in, discuss ideas of your potential sites and projects that you would like to share with other members.

We will also hear from the project team about the next phase of our House of Architecture vision, learning more about each of the three key areas that form the programme – our collections, our digital technology, and our headquarters, with time to share your views.

Take the opportunity to catch up with others over the complimentary canapés, there will also be special meals and drinks available to purchase from the venue.

RIBA Buckinghamshire is the local RIBA volunteer-led branch, who are looking to bring more events and activities to the county. Be sure to come along to the event, support their incredible work, and follow their updates on the new RIBA Buckinghamshire Instagram profile.

House of Architecture

House of Architecture is the future of RIBA. It is a transformative programme to make architecture more accessible for everyone – our members, our profession, the world.

Building on our nearly 200 years of history, a major investment will galvanise our mission to support architects to make the future a better place.

It will reinforce RIBA’s identity as an outward looking cultural institution, help us promote a deeper understanding and appreciation of architecture among a diverse audience, and celebrate our members’ work.
