The RIBA briefing template has been designed to support the critical conversation between client and architect about project outcomes that starts from first point of contact and runs through the initial design stages. It is intended for use throughout the entire project cycle to monitor progress towards as well as record any changes to the brief.
It is imagined that the architect populates and manages the briefing files, using information gained in conversation with the client. Reports can be printed for review or sign-off by the client.
